How do I deactivate a Learner?

Deactivate a user

To deactivate a member, go to the “Members” page in the Admin drop down menu. Use the Search field to find the user you want to deactivate, then click the accompanying "Deactivate" button on the right side. After you click the button, you will notice the learner is no longer listed under “Active members” or “Invited members.”

Deactivating a learner removes them from having access to your organization in Pooling Academy but they will still appear in your reports as an “Inactive member.” Training records for inactive users remain on file and are not deleted if the user is removed.
